01 Where are your pieces made?
Every object in the KOMO collection is made in small runs, by hand, in our Parisian atelier or by trusted artisans within a short radius of the city. We do not work with mass-production facilities.
02 How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are prepared within two working days and shipped via tracked post. Delivery within France takes two to four days; international parcels typically arrive within five to ten working days, depending on customs.
03 Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the piece is in its original condition and packaging. Please write to us before sending anything back — we prefer to handle each case with care, rather than by form.
04 Can I visit the atelier?
Yes, by appointment. We open the doors on Tuesday through Saturday; please write ahead so we can ensure someone is there to welcome you properly. The address is on this page.
05 Do you offer wholesale or stockist arrangements?
Occasionally, yes. We are selective — we look for spaces that share our approach to slowness and material honesty. If that sounds like yours, write to us using the Subject option above and tell us a little about your shop.
06 Are your materials sustainably sourced?
We try. Every material is chosen for its longevity and its story — reclaimed wood, natural fibres, unglazed ceramics from local clay. We are not perfect, but we are deliberate. If you have a specific question about a piece, ask us and we will answer honestly.
